I went here for the first time for my 22nd birthday. Hands down best birthday I’ve ever had. They immediately made me feel at home. The music was amazing. The fish was great. The atmosphere was incredible, every time I looked around everyone had a smile on their face. Just a great time, nothing trashy. Absolutely amazing. Will be coming back next Monday for sure :))

I had a great time here. The drinks are too weak and small for the price. I also wish I had been warned that the business was cash only before entering. Aside from that the band was great. The sound, the showmanship, and comfort level were outstanding.

My home town Friend it happen for himself. Going through school I gave it 2nd thought. But too see my Classmate Ruse too the Top. I’m extremely Proud of Him. From little old neighborhood called pleasant green or Davis bottom. I frequent his place when I can. And He Does his Thang.😊

Some friends and I visited about 20 yrs ago from Illinois. I'm glad to see Tee Dee's is still rocking it. Good soulful music is hard to come by. A night to remember good times. About time to get there again!

Absolutely incredible! If you like jazz and blues, this place is for you. Tee Dee and the band are amazing! Tee Dee's talent attracts more talent and you just don't know who is going to walk up on the stage. Such a refreshment for the soul! I feel very fortunate to be living in Lexington and be able to come here often. Don't let the fact that it's on Monday nights only. Go to Tee Dee's and learn that Mondays are not bad anymore. Don't forget to bring cash. Cover and drink are cash only.

Absolutely the best straight up club for live music downtown. Monday nights are awesome when TeeDee and his band take the stage you’ll get a little jazz, a little blues and a whole lotta fun!

A small admission price grants you access to a Blues experience from an internationally acclaimed, award-winning blues artist. Tee Dee Young is legendary across the globe, and his live local music experience is one of the best kept secrets in the Bluegrass. But the secrets out, especially considering Tee Dee’s recent induction into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. Stop in to experience, amazing music, tons of audience interaction, and a supportive community of regular attendees comprised of the kindest, most talented individuals from across the State. A recently revamped outdoor patio area provides a ton of extra space, and provides a nice spot to cool down from a moment after burning up the dance floor. This has been a regular part of my Lexington Life for over a decade- and is always a mind-blowing experience to friends and family who join me. This is one experience I can truly say will NEVER LET YOU DOWN.

A great local place for down home Blues from Mr Tee Dee Young. Inductees into the BlueGrass Music Hall of Fame. Every Monday Night he performs and a jam session evolves. No 2 weeks are alike. A small lounge environment with a full bar. Fried fish plates available. If your in Lexington for a Monday evening, you won't be disappointed if you truly enjoy real Blues music. A cover but no minimum item requirement or full dress code.

Complete highlight of our trip! This was a diamond in the rough and pure GEM of authenticity and REAL JAZZ that fills your soul and makes ur whole body vibe! Family owned over 40 years they told the crowd! Monday nights and CASH ONLY! Get there early for a seat, bring a small portable fan. It’s warm in there! I’d go back a million times!

My newly 21 year old son and I had so much fun! We celebrated my son's 21st birthday with the Tee Dee crew, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The live blues music was phenomenal—it set such a great vibe for the evening. We also loved the cocktails, and the staff was amazing, especially how welcoming everyone was from the moment we walked in. It was a wonderful surprise when TeeDee gave my son a birthday shout-out; he absolutely loved that. The whole experience was warm, relaxed, and so much fun. A birthday celebration that was special and memorable.
